We recently launched a niche healthcare recruitment business unit in North America and are looking for a highly motivated person to be the Lead Partner and shareholder of this new business.
Our launch has already been successful, and we will provide you with a great pipeline of candidates and clients from day one.
We are looking more for potential rather than previous achievements, so you won’t necessarily need to have many years of recruitment experience behind you to be of interest to us.
This is a rare opportunity for a financially ambitious person to become a partner, earn a yearly income of £70 to £ 200,000, and finally clear up to £500,000 to £1,000,000 in share payments after we resell the business shares.
You will be starting your role in the UK (flexible location), but you will soon move to North America to develop the business from there
Your role would be to work with the team of partners to take this venture to the next stages. The vision is to become the leading recruitment consultancy in our healthcare niche in North America within the next 3 years.
The focus of your role will be on providing the best consulting service to our clients and candidates, and maximising placements and revenue generation for the business in the short and well as long term.
At a business unit level, you will be working with one or two other partners and with a team of recruiters. However, you will start from the ground stage, so that you can deeply learn about the sector, our processes and our system (first few months). You will be trained in-depth, on the sector, our recruitment and sales processes. You will be closely mentored by our CEO in the first few months to allow you to quickly be operational.
At a group level, you will be working with / supported by a qualified team of experts from the group structure, which will make your life much easier.
In the future, you will also benefit from a larger network of peers from our other business units. This will allow you to exchange best practices, and continuously learn and develop.
