Lead Healthcare Recruitment Partner - North America

The Opportunity

We recently launched a niche healthcare recruitment business unit in North America and are looking for a highly motivated person to be the Lead Partner and shareholder of this new business.

Our launch has already been successful, and we will provide you with a great pipeline of candidates and clients from day one. 

We are looking more for potential rather than previous achievements, so you won’t necessarily need to have many years of recruitment experience behind you to be of interest to us.

This is a rare opportunity for a financially ambitious person to become a partner, earn a yearly income of £70 to £ 200,000, and finally clear up to £500,000 to £1,000,000 in share payments after we resell the business shares. 

You will be starting your role in the UK (flexible location), but you will soon move to North America to develop the business from there

Your role would be to work with the team of partners to take this venture to the next stages. The vision is to become the leading recruitment consultancy in our healthcare niche in North America within the next 3 years. 

 

 



The role

Maximising placements with a top consulting service

The focus of your role will be on providing the best consulting service to our clients and candidates, and maximising placements and revenue generation for the business in the short and well as long term.

  • You’ll develop (with our help) an in-depth knowledge in various areas in order to be able to achieve this. 
  • You’ll explore and develop sales and recruitment strategies with the other recruitment partners and the group.
  • You’ll develop a strategic vision of your niche
  • Feeding the marketing team with first-hand knowledge about candidates and clients.
  • Feeding the CRM team with your first-hand user knowledge.
  • Training and leading your team of recruiters.
  • Establish long-term quality relationships with key clients.

 

 

The team

Large expert team to help you

At a business unit level, you will be working with one or two other partners and with a team of recruiters. However, you will start from the ground stage, so that you can deeply learn about the sector, our processes and our system (first few months). You will be trained in-depth, on the sector, our recruitment and sales processes. You will be closely mentored by our CEO in the first few months to allow you to quickly be operational.

At a group level, you will be working with / supported by a qualified team of experts from the group structure, which will make your life much easier.

  • Marketing team (they will bring you both candidate leads and client leads, straight to you, no need for you to do that! Your team’s focus will be on providing a great consulting experience as well as closing placements.
  • CRM team: we’ve developed our bespoke top-notch CRM over the past years to provide you with super-efficient and time saving tools.
  • Finance: accounting and finance 
  • And various other talented people.[VP1] 

In the future, you will also benefit from a larger network of peers from our other business units. This will allow you to exchange best practices, and continuously learn and develop.

  • Own a part of the company. As a Lead Partner, you will be granted (upon achievement of targets) a sizeable share of the business. Our aim is to sell our shares in the business within 5 to 10 years.  Upon target achievement, you can expect a payment of anywhere between £500,000 to £1M+ just for your shares.

  • We are very open at this stage on the profile of the candidate. We will be more interested in your potential rather than previous experience. This will be assessed through our initial interactions and assessment days.
  • You are excited about the idea of relocating to North America (flexible location) for a few years, within 1 year of taking your role
